About OC Wise


Formed in 2015, OC WISE is an organization made up of leaders in business, education, environment, and community stakeholders.  Its goal is to promote water use efficiency and the development of new water supplies for Orange County.  More information about OC WISE can be found at its Mission Statement.



OC WISE Leadership and Supporters

OC WISE led by Chairman Dr. Allan Bernstein, who also serves as a Tustin City Councilman and as the Chairman of the Association of California Cities – Orange County Water Committee.  The OC WISE Executive Director is Bob Sulnick, who has served as the Executive Director of the non-profit American Oceans Campaign (AOC), which he co-founded with actor and environmentalist Ted Danson.  OC WISE is made up of a cross-section of community leaders and organizations throughout Orange County including:
